Site Manager

The Position

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Manager who can offer creative flair, operational excellence, and commercial acumen that is committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service.

The Person

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing a similar site based set up for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Be motivated by a passion for quality and customer service.
  • Be a confident, adaptable individual who can communicate at all levels.
  • Experience working with performance management and improvement systems.
  • Experience in the recruitment process; interviewing, inducting and training new staff.
  • Experience producing monthly and annual reports on a site.
  • Experience of employing and being compliant with HR regulatory concerns and reporting.
  • Hands on approach to site management.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both team and customers.
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
  • Intermediate financial management skills to enable you to provide vision on overall financial health of site, produce invoices, chase debtors, deal with electronic, cash and cheque payments and conduct stock takes etc.
  • Excellent proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving and mediation skills that enable you to cope efficiently with conflict, stress and crisis situations.

The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, and good IT skills (including use of MS Office) to supervise our dedicated administrative team in Charing.

Duties to include: Supervision of a small administrative team, managing office administration, and helping bereaved families to choose a memorial.

The successful applicant will be a flexible, well-motivated self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to the bereaved.

The Person

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience supervising a small Administrative team.
  • Have a good standard of education including a sound knowledge of Mathematics and English.
  • Have a caring and sympathetic nature to deal with the bereaved at a sensitive time.

Flagship Hub Manager

Location: Westerleigh, Bristol

Salary: Up to £40,000

The Position

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Manager who can offer creative flair, operational excellence, and commercial acumen that is committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service.

We are currently expanding into the Hospitality industry, with our first café and restaurant opening at our Flagship site here in Westerleigh. The Hub Manager will have two Assistant Managers reporting to them from both the Crematorium and the Hospitality suite and will be responsible for managing the entire site.

The restaurant and café is set to open at the beginning of next year so the Hub Manager will need to be heavily involved in its development and promotional activities.
