Woollensbrook Crematorium supports therapeutic service
An award-winning therapeutic service which supports children, young people and families across Hertfordshire has received a helping hand itself from Woollensbrook Cemetery & Crematorium.
The crematorium has donated £400 to HABS Strength in Mind, which offers expert family support, parenting advice, coaching, counselling and psychotherapy.
The donation came from the crematorium’s metal recycling fund.
With the consent of families, metals recovered during cremation are recycled, and any money raised is used to support selected charities, clubs, organisations, local activities and environmental initiatives which benefit the communities that the crematorium serves.
