The Position

We are looking for a hands on, highly motivated Site Manager to lead our dedicated team at our new Crematorium in Stirling.

This is a varied role and will involve overseeing and managing many aspects of the site operations; including leading the team to ensure efficient delivery of services, financial management, team engagement, maximising memorial revenue, future planning for the sites including maintenance and facilities.

As such we are seeking a highly flexible, well-motivated self-starter who possesses leadership skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to the bereaved.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• A caring and sympathetic nature to deal with the bereaved at a sensitive time.
• Experience of financial management; dealing with invoicing, debtors and payments.
• Experience of leading and managing teams including staff reviews, employee engagement, disciplinary matters.
• A flexible approach to team working hours.
• A good standard of education including a sound knowledge of Mathematics and English.
• A proven ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• An ability to work within a team to ensure that high standards of care are achieved.
• A desire to learn and develop.
