The Position
We are looking for a hands on, highly motivated Surveyor to join our dedicated team. This role would suit a recent graduate considering a career in property or a part-qualified surveyor looking for a new opportunity.
This is a hands-on role working within an existing property team to support the on-going expansion of the business, assisting in the identification and acquisition of new sites and asset management of the existing portfolio. You will gain full exposure to a mix of acquisition, property development and property and asset management. In return, full support will be provided to gain RICS status including sponsorship for further education if required.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant degree;
- Strong IT skills;
- Financial and analytical skills are essential;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- The ability to work independently;
- A flexible approach to team working hours;
- Full driving licence;
- A desire to learn and develop.
