This is a role for an experienced leader and horticulturalist with a passion for delivering excellence, you will be overseeing all grounds maintenance activity, management of waste, training your team and maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements.

This is a role for an individual who can develop an understanding of the importance of high quality memorial grounds and can motivate a team to make sure we always deliver for our service users.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

The Person

You’re the type of person who will turn their hand to anything and love learn new things. Someone flexible, who likes to take the initiative. You might not know everything there is to know about grounds within a bereavement setting – but fast-forward a bit and you’ll be a model of best practice.

As long as you have leadership experience, basic computer skills, Maths and English GCSEs, a driving licence and you understand the importance of prioritisation, compliance, and experience using machinery and physical tasks, we can show you the rest.
