Part Time Gatekeeper – Weekend

Saturday and Sunday only. Opening the site gates at 9am and locking up at 6pm.

In the winter 9am opening, 5pm closing

We have a rare opportunity for a Part Time Gatekeeper to open and close the gates to our Langstone Vale Crematorium over the weekend.

You will only need to be available to open and close the gates on a Saturday and Sunday ensuring they are open at 9am and closed at 6pm in the summer (9am/5pm in the Winter).

You do not need to do anything else at all and can leave as soon as the gates are opened / closed, it really is as simple as that!

We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to commit to doing this every weekend. You don’t need any experience but could suit someone who has been a caretaker before.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone local to the site to help ensure the Langstone Vale Crematorium grounds are open for families and people to visit their loved ones and enjoy peace and reflection time on our grounds.
