How our plans work?
Simply input the details into the online portal and provide your enquirer with a copy of the customer guide.
Our expert team will contact your enquirer to discuss their options, using your price list for personalised plan options.
When a sale is made, you’ll see this in the portal, and you will be nominated as the funeral director responsible for the fulfilment of the plan.
Your customer's money is held in an independent trust with the plan protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
When the next of kin contacts you, note on the portal that the plan has been redeemed. If they call us, we’ll notify you.
You liaise with your family throughout.
Westerleigh Funeral Plans will make the relevant payment for the plan.
