Registering an enquiry

Simply input the details into the online portal and provide your enquirer with a copy of the customer guide.

Confirmation of a sale

When a sale is made, you’ll see this in the portal, and you will be nominated as the funeral director responsible for the fulfilment of the plan.

The customer passes away

When the next of kin contacts you, note on the portal that the plan has been redeemed. If they call us, we’ll notify you.
