Casual Café Assistant/ Waiting Staff required for Café and Hospitality Suite

We are looking to recruit waiting staff to assist in our café and hospitality suite which opened in 2018.

We are looking for well-presented individuals with a passion for food and drink to assist in the café and hospitality suite, helping to serve home cooked food using ingredients sourced from a local larder of delicious produce on our doorstep. The successful candidates will have strong customer care skills, be willing to work as part of a team and be able to communication at all levels.

This is a real opportunity for the right candidates to help grow the business organically and bring an enthusiasm for presenting and serving fresh food.

Some early evening work may be required, there are no split shifts and weekend work may be needed once the business develops

Role Responsibility:

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring you help to create a positive and memorable first impression with every guest
• Delivering first class customer service every time that is tailored to each customers’ needs
• Working alongside the supervisor and your colleagues to ensure food is delivered quickly and efficiently but of the same consistent good quality
• Helping to ensure all our wakes run smoothly and all our families receive a friendly welcome, well presented food and efficient bar service
• Delivering quality food within all legal constraints and food safety guidelines
• Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to

• Be computer literate, numerate and have a good command of English
• Be conscientious with an eye for detail
• Be able to commute to and from the site with ease
• Previous kitchen or catering experience would be a bonus
